Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 15, 2025

At Salt City Apparel Co., we want you to love what you wear. However, due to the nature of our apparel and for hygienic and quality control reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is returned in unworn, unwashed, and original condition.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the garment must meet the following criteria:

  • It has not been worn

  • It has not been washed or altered

  • It is in its original packaging, with tags (if applicable)

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to deny any refund request if the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

How to Request a Refund

If your item meets the above conditions and you would like to request a refund, please email us at saltcityapparelco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the unworn item (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Any worn or washed items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance/sale items
