Shipping Policy

At Salt City Apparel Co., we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Ship within 5–7 business days after purchase.

  • Presale items: Ship within 7–10 business days after the close of the presale period.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.

Local Pickup (Palm Beach County Only)

We offer local pickup for customers within Palm Beach County, Florida.

  • How it works: If your shipping address is within Palm Beach County, the local pickup option will be available at checkout.

  • Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you via email or phone to arrange a convenient pickup time and location in West Palm Beach.

  • Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM

Local pickup is free of charge and must be selected at the time of checkout. We do not offer delivery or drop-offs.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all stated timelines, Salt City Apparel Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. For international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order.
